The Los Angeles Lakers battled the Dallas Mavericks on Monday January 7th in Dallas. The young Lakers were left without their star player Lebron James.

Lonzo Ball, and Luka Doncic were the only players left to make an impact on a opposing tough NBA team. The two are youth players given the opportunity to take the team by the reins and lead while the King James is injured for 2 weeks.

Brandon Ingram scored 29 points to bring the visiting Lakers over the Mavericks. Ball and Ingram led the team in points with Heart and Kuzma following in points and assists.

Without Lebron, the Los Angeles Lakers are not projected to be as mature of a team without their inspiring leader.

Leaving both Rajon Rondo and James only left the jejunity for the convenience of the new players.

Dallas overall shot the ball in low percentage, which led the floor to the Lakers. Doncic mentioned the offense moved the ball fluidly the first half but ended up playing better defense in the second half to give them the win.

Ball and Ingram talked about the most recent loss this past Sunday and took their frustration into the next match to earn a victory.

In conclusion, the top two Los Angeles leaders were injured remaining the young Doncic, Ball, Ingram, to lead the showtime over Dallas in a away game.
